本人覺得電腦開機那個聲音蠻影響睡眠的 -
省電、延長設備壽命，尤其如果他們不打算在晚上使用的話

強迫症必關！睡前要確認所有電源燈熄滅…包括路由器

我都會關機，不然有聲音有指示燈有點影響睡眠
關機可以省電也可以減少零件使用損耗，但可能不多就是了
偶爾還是要重新開機，清理一下暫存 -
不關機 用休眠模式，這樣想用時馬上可用
