換工作真的很不適應

沒有人會想跳脫舒適圈 因為很不舒適。

剛剛離職目前還在休息中還沒找下一份工作，覺得要看你想要什麼，如果覺得不舒服是可以考慮回役

我覺得當兵要退伍
真的要給自己一個努力的目標
如果真的只是去當一般的職員
沒有升遷機會 還是繼續當兵好了 -
人的適應力是很強的，當你真的覺得有必要時，這都是小事。

不適應的話還是早點換比較好
不然只會是自己痛苦 -
如果還在試用期內可以努力看看,但如果還是不行就轉換跑道吧

每次換工作適應新環境都很不習慣也很不適應
多嘗試就會慢慢找到適合自己節奏的工作 -
不適應就離開這個環境

做一陣子看看 如果真的不適應在離職
