福利制度不完全 但薪資還可以接受的公司大家會繼續待嗎？

就看有沒有心找薪水跟福利更好的

看看整體自己的接受程度到哪裡

做的不開心就跑，現在不是那種忍一忍就過去的時代了

如果月薪很多，沒年終好像還可以接受，如果做得要死要活，錢又少，又沒年終，感覺可以跑路了

可以多看看有沒有其他機會，有時候換個環境體會一下也不錯，畢竟只是可以接受，不是說很滿足

會待 薪資還是比福利制度重要
但如果有同樣薪資但福利更好的馬上就會跳槽過去了 -
個人認為薪資比福利重要，工作就是為了要金錢能夠生活，低薪誰想做?

年終是假的，聽聽就好，我只看薪資

如果薪水按時發放且可維持正常生活，那我覺得應該還好

先把份內做好就好

如果說是年終⋯ 可能就是被話術了，薪水到帳比較重要

薪水才是一切，其他都是假的

如果工作做得開心 薪資也能接受
我會繼續待 畢竟沒有哪間公司是十全十美的
