第一份工作應該要做多久?

至少要撐2年吧

剛出社會，待一年想離職又被情緒勒索
年輕不懂事又多做了半年後真的不忍了 -
我個人換了5次工作
2年-3年-3年-1年-2年
第一份最好2年，後面隨緣被挖就跳 -
做得開心 領的開心才重要不要甘苦做

最少要超過2年，不然履歷都不是履歷了…

先試著磨練經驗大概一年

個人認為至少一年左右吧~還是要先了解職場上的運作模式是怎樣

目前邁向第11年…時間過好快啊

一年以上才能被當為經歷 ，盡量還是撐過去吧

有前途的可以久一點

我主管對前一份工作做不到6個月的都會懷疑是不是能力不好…

看有沒有學到東西 沒有固定做多久

符合興趣就待著 有更好待遇就可以換

看公司有沒有發展可能性
-
至少要待差不多兩年吧
如果要在那個產業發展的話 -
我也是建議至少一年，除非真的待不住

看工作性質，有些一年就可以學到很多，有些工作要三年才能真正學到東西

看你的工作有沒有對下個工作有幫助吧
