這是一個簡單的問題，論技術，現今技術能否打撈?應該是可行的，
然而，現今背後躲了一「現金」，打撈所費不貲，將打撈之成本與觀光成本相權衡，
見其有利可圖，那才會為之，否則無實益。 -
要撈的話太噴錢
而且熱潮應該一下就過了 -
不是因為太深了不能打撈嗎?
