一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

嚴重上癮的我超過10小時

一天大約4-5小時吧

5小時起跳 滑著滑著就停不下來了

除了睡覺都會使用3C

一天大概三到五小時吧

五到六小時吧.已經成習慣了

幾乎休息時間都是在滑手機

螢幕使用時間拉出來看至少4小時 好像就是沒有事情要處理就是在看手機

上班用電腦辦公，下班滑手機打電動，加一加大概十幾個小時跑不掉

除了睡覺走路洗澡 其他都用

除了睡覺外幾乎都在用

不多 基本都是看看股票

有空就看一下 除了聚會

空閒時間幾乎都在用

從早到晚都在3C

上班需求 手機都得帶著
算是上多久 用多久吧 -
現在發現一天至少17小時 但離不開了
