一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

除了上班 睡覺 其他時間都在用

現在3c幾乎取代電視
都拿著幫忙放點音樂或聲音~ -
三到四個小時左右

研究生差不多早上8點到晚上8點都要用電腦 回家休閒玩個手機也會玩2小時左右，一天真的超過10幾小時

4-5小時應該差不多吧

大概5-6個小時

8小時起跳，平常就是手機電腦交替著用

平日大概6小時假日就看情況 有出門就會比較少

我也差不多在5-6小时

差不多5小時以上

騎車 走路 睡覺 吃飯不用 其他時間會用一下

看手機給的資料會花到3小時

手機平均應該5-6小時
回家在看個兩三小時的電視 一天可能有10個小時 -
上班也都在用電腦
下班看電視滑手機到睡覺前 -
差不多5、6個小時吧

幾乎一起床就用吧 上班也用下班也用

只要有空就會用，一天大概7、8個小時左右

因為工作也會使用 幾乎醒著就會用 可能10幾個小時跑不掉

基本上眼睛睜開的時間都在看3C

大概8小時，上班幾乎都在看，不過盡量讓自己眼睛休息
