一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

說真的我不確定我是不是成癮我無聊就會用可能一整天但是我有事情要忙的時候我可以克制自己做完事載用3C這樣算成癮嗎

美國跟我自己是兩小時

基本上都是整天在用 上班用 下班也用

現代人已經離不開手機了，幾乎隨時都在滑

差不多14个小时吧

假日14平日大概3因為要上課

除了睡覺，機不離身

每天超過8小時

肯定是超過八小時的吧

除了上班睡覺之外都在用手機

閒就看，棒賽也看，做車也看

3-6小時。

醒的時候…

5到6個小時左右

8個小時以上 課需要用到 下課的時候也會用到 做作業也是用電腦 幾乎整天都離不開3C

沒事幾乎都在滑

論文地獄只能抱個12小時以上了吧

至少五小時以上

半工半讀沒什麼時間可以用手機欸 睡前滑一滑頂多2小時吧 其他時間不是吃飯睡覺就是上班上課 累死

睡前用最兇 抖音一直看哈哈哈
