一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

半工半讀沒什麼時間可以用手機欸 睡前滑一滑頂多2小時吧 其他時間不是吃飯睡覺就是上班上課 累死

睡前用最兇 抖音一直看哈哈哈

5小時起跳吧 第二生命欸

大概6個小時吧 上班比較沒時間用

七到八小時 假日的話更多

螢幕使用時間12小時

醒了之後就開始滑手機 等到實驗室就開始用電腦 用到半夜回家再滑手機 然後睡覺 保守估計16小時起跳

手機加電腦一定超過8小時以上

光上班就十小時了，加上回家的電視+手機，一天14小時跑不掉，很可怕

五個小時左右太忙了辣
