一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

因為本身從事的行業，幾乎整天

我大概6個小時

上班使用電腦
大便使用手機
通勤用手機聽podcast
下班用電腦打電動看片
這樣算整天吧 -
我休假的時候基本上是12小時==

扣掉睡覺時間差不多10小時ㄟ 假日時才會

常常手機一天用了15小時以上

常常手機一天用了15小時以上眼睛差不多要瞎了

基本上是快整天手機不離身，工作需要🤣

手機都差不多用到8小 完全放不下（？

5個小時以上吧 除了工作睡覺沒用以外

自己的話斷斷續續全都算進去很難低於六小

工作需求整天都在使用，但下班回家還是會靠3c放鬆

平均都 一天5小時以上
如果只算手機的話
再加上電腦看劇的話可以到8小時以上 -
二十四小時了吧，除了睡覺基本上都在用

除了睡覺幾乎都在用…又很難克制自己不用
