進修要確定自己用不用得到，用得到的進修包含補學分、補學位等，為了以後轉職升職。
用不到的就像自己自我學習些新技能，用輕鬆的心態去學習，對於未來發展不要放心上，其實很不錯。 -

若是升遷需要
那就是必須去 -
完全沒有，因為要上班，也要有錢跟時間讓你進修，不值得

許多工作會有要求到某個時間需要去補一下學歷之類的

看目的！但進修是很好的gap year理由哈哈

我自己是利用下班的時間，去看想要考的證照，這樣進修也會有效率
