天氣越來越熱 之前是不會開整晚 但現在會

一關掉就熱醒 換台變頻的比較實在

個人覺得睡到熱醒精神不好
比多花這點冷氣電費更虧 -
夏天的話是 不然熱到睡不著

如果不開整晚的話半夜會被熱醒 很難受

通常開電扇就夠用 -

都大概設定開到四點左右 睡到七點起床都還涼涼的
