不要過度清潔 我覺得保濕最重要 話說我沒特別保養也沒出狀況過哈哈

騎車回家就會用洗面乳洗臉，平常流汗就會準備一條毛巾擦汗。

早上隨便清水沖一沖處理一下
晚上洗澡才用洗面乳 -
洗澡的時候用三合一的洗面乳

我覺得要多運動
然後少吃垃圾食物，個人還會補充維他命C
