對於加薪...有期望嗎?

等公司加薪太累了。要加薪還是只能轉職，轉職像遊戲進階一樣，薪水三級跳，爽。

以前待過的公司只有要離職才可以加薪.

在科技業大公司的加薪還是滿有制度的，每年都會調一定比例的薪資，反而會更期望每年的考績和分紅
