大家午休時間都有時間睡覺嗎?

基本上工程師的午覺時間就是生命，就算很少也要硬擠出來

常常吃完午餐剩10分鐘休息 睡10分也好 下午比較有精神

沒睡總有一種虧的感覺 所以就算剩五分鐘也要咪一下

差不多睡30分其他時間都在划手機

沒有，但也習慣了

當然沒時間 睡覺在公司是不存在的

學校午休基本上都不睡的

25歲以前午休都不睡的，現在一定要睡，不然下午會超累的，我們連午餐時間休息90分鐘

出社會才知道午休時間有多重要
