大家午休時間都有時間睡覺嗎?

午休一定要給他睡滿一個小時
然後再偷偷下樓去買午餐快速吃完
不然一個小時要吃飯和睡覺根本不夠 -
能睡個半小時 也滿足了XD

有時間睡就睡阿 很累就不吃午餐直接睡1小時

有阿 公司鰻彈性的，可以睡一個小時~~

午休只有50分鐘，吃飯30分鐘大該都會睡個10-20分鐘，不然下午沒辦法集中精神

一定要睡吧，不然下午就算補一杯咖啡也不夠有神

看身體習慣 個人會小瞇一下再補一杯咖啡 精神會好許多
