常常換工作VS一份工作做到退休

我是希望一份做到老拉 我喜歡穩定的生活

可以的話當然是一個做到底不要換 但要一次就遇到好的工作很不容易呀

能找到能一次做到退休的好工作最好阿 但通常不太可能

做到退休也要看是做什麽吧 ~ 如果做了1.5-2年沒起薪就可以換了

常常換工作是要越換越好或是薪水越高的才有換的必要阿

我覺得就是薪水問題欸，夠高的話就容易選了

年輕時總想拚
拚到最後不如做人家員工
白忙活一些年還不夠人家穩定的賺 -
一份工作做到老，除非福利真的好，或是公司非常穩定不會倒的那種吧。

一份工作除非老闆好 福利好，不然通常會在換更好的，年輕時可以多換一點，多嘗試一點

一職換工作，錢有增加的話還是得換

如果是個專業能力的工作建議穩定發揮自己的價值 如果不是建議多多嘗試
