安全帽多久需要換

內襯半年或一年換一次

有效日期好像是3年
但是沒有撞到或摔落
可以再撐一陣子吧
可以買內襯互相交替比較衛生 -
沒摔到基本上就不會有什麼損耗 所以也沒換過 目前4年多快5年了

沒摔到沒壞就不太會換

完全沒摔沒撞的話三年吧，有摔有撞就是馬上換囉
