穩定工作還會面試嗎

一直想著要換工作 但又會很懶得面試 好難

我會考量自身的年紀以及公司未來的發展性

如果適應了一個工作還行的話應該不會再去面試了

我認為出去闖一闖會更好，往高處爬

不用養家我會直接躺平

一定要啊 要跳薪

想加薪的話 還是要出去面一面
不然很多公司都死薪水 -
穩定當然好，但是薪水跟未來展望都很難更上一層樓反而是慢性自殺。

如果是自己喜歡的 完全不會考慮
但如果有更好的機會 何樂而不為呢
