鐵板麵的麵種選擇

白面大於黃麵 真的不喜歡油麵

黃麵等於油麵，是比較好吸湯汁的麵體，而且他的粗度也很剛好，很容易一直吃，其他的就真的不太適合當鐵板麵麵條，個人覺得。

牛排的話白麵，早餐店那種就油麵

配鐵板麵醬比較搭，我喜歡白麵 -
如果是鐵板炒的60我也買，給我用煮的免費送我也不吃

基本上都會選油麵~

隨便，只要能吃就行

試過扁麵 螺絲麵 甚至是烏龍麵
但都沒有黃色油麵優秀 -
都點黃麵或螺旋麵居多

黃色油麵吧其他都不愛

不喜歡螺旋麵，吃起來麵粉味很重

鐵板麵就是要吃油麵吧，其他的都感覺不對味
