大公司反而很少留人，因為後面還有一堆新鮮的人等著你的位子 -
官方說法啦，這看多了，要你走的變項行事

可以跟老闆談看看了解他的想法

如果有加薪水 可能就是看重你

跟他提要調高薪資看看如果被打槍不重視可以考慮換一間公司

應該是想要逼你走人了 自己辭職吧
