起碼要有最低薪資，但技術人才就要開高一點了

看產業，但重點不是第一份薪水，而是成長空間。能學到東西的工作，長期價值更高。

要看工作性質，文組前最少 理科看公司 醫療業就是死樣子

看學歷跟科系吧
理工科 大學至少4萬 碩士至少6萬 -
30k也很穩定 穩定的低

看學歷學歷差很多

生活打平再看前景

新鮮人起薪，三萬五到四萬。依學歷產業有別，能養活自己並存到錢才合理。
