拉麵會選擇粗麵還是細麵？

在勝王我幾乎都是選擇粗麵,因為很需要粗麵來吸附湯汁.

平常是粗的，但一蘭會點細的

粗面比較有咬勁又吸附湯汁

要看口味，如果清淡的口味就想要粗麵，如果濃郁的就想要細麵，比較入味。

細麵，因為不粗的好粗，加上我比較喜歡軟細麵

看湯底吧, 如果是北海道那款油量比較多的, 我喜歡搶硬身的粗面
