淋浴時洗頭髮的方向

站著洗，往前看偶而會往下低頭

先往前搓乾淨，再往後仰讓水把頭髮沖順

朝下 頭朝上很容易被嗆到

我都直接淋 頭朝上沖比較爽

不然很容易吃水吧 -
頭朝下不然你的鼻孔會吸到水

當然是朝下啊 朝上會溺死吧 哈

只要把頭髮沾溼就足以

洗完後來個拍廣告的往後撥

瑜珈高手可能會有很多方向 不過我就只可以頭往下
