各位一份工作做多久才會打算換下一份工作~

本來是想說ㄧ年就走 但對目前的薪資和自由度很滿意就繼續做了XD

做兩個月就受不了了 職業倦怠

做一年 就想要換了

3年左右 有學到東西比較好

標準就是同事好~薪水高~主管不龜毛就可以一直做下去~不然誰會想要一直換工作

做大概2~3年 看薪資成長幅度

前幾份工作應該都會很快換吧，越老越少換，老了學不動了

主要看工作環境跟薪資八，如果都不錯可能就不會換
