大家晚上睡覺冷氣會開整晚嗎?

我是晚上開定時 早上被熱醒在開

開到早上被熱醒真的很痛苦

我開28度定到3-4點這樣就很舒服了 雖然有的時候冷氣機停下時，淺眠的我很容易就馬上醒來就是了XD

當然啊現在還有人會半夜關冷氣的嗎

定時個4、5小時吧，開電風扇吹讓空氣循環🔄，這樣蠻舒服的

冷氣一般都會開到早上醒來才關

以前會定時，現在吹好吹滿

不會欸 大概定時兩小時 被熱醒也不會睡太久
