冷氣一定要開整天才正常吧

然後一小時後開始變熱6點就可以熱醒了

搭配電風扇其實定時兩個小時夠了 能睡著就好

設定到五點半，剩下吹電風扇

變頻的開整晚 條28度 電費沒有特別明顯增加太多

以前為了省電不會就訂時三個小時，但後來整身汗的被熱醒，真的受不了就直接開整晚
