如果休假在家，大概平均6到8小時吧

大概從早上12點到晚上6點左右吧 有時候睡覺前很熱 大概一天吹8~9HR

窗戶不能開只能開整天了

通常都訂4個小時， 清晨其實沒有那麼熱

之前防疫時根本沒關過

不會熱就不吹，畢竟電費好貴

吹到睡醒前2小時 -
起碼10小時以上
