一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

除了上班其他時間都不用，因為工作需求已經用夠多，必須讓眼睛和身體休息:(

1~2小時，現代人真的很難離開3C

除了睡覺時間了吧這年代

如果包含上班用點腦至少14小時

幾乎都在用吧 睡覺除外

上班一直看螢幕， 下班就很少用了， 眼睛快爆掉

每天，打遊戲我可不完的哦

超過6小時，大多都是在用PTT

幾乎醒著的時間都再用~

應該至少10小時

一天大概有16小時都在用3C

差不多14個小時但是有時候真的不知道要看什麼

天天超過10小時吧!除非特別忙

有時間的話就會用 大概5-6小時吧

剛剛手機跳出來，每天平均使用了7小時…

都花時間滑論壇，下載，結束

每天至少會用到8小時

偶爾沒事就滑滑 可能算下來也有個2.3小時吧

基本上除了睡覺時間之外都在用3C

扣掉工作平均大概5小時 最近想減少到4小時內
