一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

6小時以上，現在買電子書連實體書都少碰

超過12hr， 畢竟本身是相關產業的

加上班 一天用快10小時

有空閒就用 很忙幾乎都沒什麼碰

6小時以上 沒事就會看個手機

有空就用一下吧 平均7小吧

空閒才會用 每天大概6小時吧

沒意外的大概10h

超過12小時吧 沒事就在用電腦

看影片的話就會爆多 沒看就1點點

用一整天，也不知道用多久

總共加起來應該三小時有吧

八小時起跳，有時候都覺得眼睛快瞎了

10以上吧 藍光人除了睡覺都再用

扣除掉工作時間跟睡覺時間基本上都離不開手機了

大概8-10個小時 我就爛

除了工作和睡覺 幾乎手機不離身了吧

除了睡覺時都在用

除了 吃飯 睡覺 做家事 無時無刻都要碰吧

已經離不開了，只剩充電的時候才會找別的事情做
