悲觀的主管心累的我

我也是研發類主管，但我的下屬沒有小妹，但是質疑是一種腦力風暴的方式，
提早了解風險，並先提出辦法
不要你花了一堆努力，最後才發現，根本行不通。
那時候的挫折，比你現在更大。
不要管後果就衝 生意仔，研發就是先看問題，都能克服，只差本體，才會衝阿，有時候一衝就2、3年，哪能隨便樂觀就上 -

有時候也可以自己想想是不是真的是自己很多事情沒有考慮好

工作還是要找自己能夠接受的啦，除非薪水太誘人不然每天上班就心累很快自己也都生病了
