大家晚上睡覺冷氣會開整晚嗎?

定時到睡醒前一個小時差不多，一夜都涼爽

體質問題 不開冷氣真的受不了 關掉不到半小時就會被熱醒

開整晚才睡得爽 先換一級能效的變頻冷氣

換個一級變頻 每天24H 不關 除非出遠門才會關

不會 很耗電而且有時候會吹得很冷

我都會定時，不然太舒服會起不來，到時候就GG了

我睡覺不太會開冷氣 光開電風扇我就會覺得冷了
