當然要開 不然真的會中暑

基本上只有睡覺會吹一晚冷氣，因為太熱是真的沒辦法睡著

晚上睡覺時吹個2小時，不然真的太熱了

晚上睡覺會開 在家的其他時間都只穿內褲配電風扇就夠了

飯可以不吃 冷氣絕對不能不吹…

都在公司蹭冷氣 蹭到晚上八點連晚餐吃完才回家 垃圾還不用自己丟

變頻的不貴阿 28度+電風扇
