請問各位男性大大都怎麼保養臉頰呢

有一台L牌廣告打很打的洗臉機，我有買一台蝦皮買的大概3千多
我買 mini 版的，確定是正版，因為官方APP序號能註冊認證
我洗一陣子我老婆說我皮膚好像有變好。

正常的洗臉就行了

外在保養 我都只有洗完臉 敷一下面膜
內在保養 就是多吃或喝些降火氣得 例如:椰子水或仙草茶 -
多洗臉 不要熬夜太多

有女朋友在的時候自己一個人什麼都沒有的時候，洗完澡就放著
