線上上課大家都怎麼專心的

線上 上課都是開雙螢幕 一個螢幕打電動

線上上課很難專心整天有玩電話

事先設定要休息的時間 時間到再休息

基本上還是要睡飽 睡好 才有可能專心

躺著聽課聽到累了直接睡
