各位一份工作做多久才會打算換下一份工作~

沒有新的東西可以學就可以考慮離開了

起碼一年吧，不然履歷不好看，會被面試官說穩定性不夠

完全沒有想過，因為覺得要換新工作好麻煩，要面試，上了又要適應…

發現工作沒有如果沒有未來

覺得目前的不夠好 而且可以再更好啊 不過也是有一開始就不錯 所以就一直待著的

需要自己估算，舒適圈待久了也不好，通常都是依該年度調薪不如預期就換工作

一切順利救部會換

沒升遷沒漲薪水就差不多了

做到身邊好的同事都離職的時候

做到找不到樂趣所在 每天起床都很懶時 就是該離開了

做到有信心下一份薪水可以翻倍

做到死就可以換工作了

大約兩三年就會覺得學的差不多～可以換看看～

害怕不適應 所以基本上都沒有在換工作的

至少2年吧 除非是考上公務員之類的

3 年一個門檻吧

兩三年沒什麼升職就換了吧

差不多2年左右換如果福利很好的公司就做到老
