一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

我朋友確診，FB滑12小時，真的很厲害……

上班時間幾乎都會使用 加上下班回家的時間 一天約１０小時左右 希望之後能慢慢減少

3.4個小時 長時間看3C對眼睛不好

差不多5-6小時

一天可能滑五六個小時八

扣掉睡覺基本上其他時間都是啦

12小時左右

上班用 下班用 大便用 打槍用 打電動 看優吐 只有睡覺不用 那就是16小時

12小時起跳吧 工作也要用

10-16小時

16小時 我也覺得自己有點太多了

平均都3-4小時

有空都看應該超過8小時了…

醒著除了洗澡以外都在用

如果加工作的話只少12小時吧

疫情開始不想用都一定要用吧應該10幾小

至少5小時起跳吧光手機跟電腦就不知道多久了

除了上課吃飯睡覺運動 其餘都在用

一齊天，沒有3C，我會死了
