對於加薪...有期望嗎?

阿肥待的傳產…基本無望，反正吃得飽能過活就好了

每年都是固定調薪，直到畢業0.0 但是幅度很小就是了

考績有撐住 每年都有3~5% 就滿足了

最好的加薪方式 就是直接換工作

加薪正常就帶動了其他原材料變高價

調薪也跟著調一些要繳的費用那好像也沒啥差

薪水跟不上支出

沒有的話就考慮換其他公司 -
