對於加薪...有期望嗎?

今年業績好薪水加了2x k
但明年看起來是沒期待 -
沒有耶，乖乖做事就對了

都十年了, 薪水還是差不多
要財富有增長還是會投資好 -
想過但沒經歷過

有就當賺到沒有也習慣

跳槽比較實在、又快

換個工作最快

我老婆任職的公司,疫情嚴重下1年半內底薪就幫她加了7000

目前主動收入增幅難控，應多從斜槓或被動收入下手

靠自己比較實在啦.現在大家都辛苦

漲薪水然後物價也漲
這筆帳怎摸都不划算 -
不要期待就不會有傷害

加薪無感，省錢也省不到哪去

自己當老闆比較快

不太期望，對加薪應該是直接跳巢比較快。

前年加薪8%
去年加薪10+7%
半年前抓住缺工最後尾 跳槽去外商 加薪70%
以上都是"本薪"感想 : 選擇比努力重要 ,站在風口連豬都能飛…
