班導有權制定班規嗎

高中 學生應該自訂班規
大學 班導是誰？同學是誰？ -
他有權利制定
但要不要遵守也是看自己的決定
蠻多老師規定真的讓人無言 -
不要管他就好 放推

但學生會不會遵守又是一回事 -
班規都沒人在理
