各位一份工作做多久才會打算換下一份工作~

至少一年以上會比較好

我覺得看個人規劃 一般來說三年差不多

2~3年吧 目前都沒超過希望現在的工作能夠維持久一點

3年多吧 已經換了好幾份工作了

個人認為兩年左右
真的不行了再跳 -
三年差不多，一年內就換感覺沒定力

兩年吧 覺得沒未來性就快換

唉 我就是一直表現還不錯 每年都有加薪 每2.3年就升職等,才會待了8年
現在跳槽到外商爽多了…覺得以前的自己真傻 -
除非老闆很摳 很會刁難 不然不會想換工作

一般會設定2-3年為一個轉換思考點

最少做個一年
確認公司待不下去才會走 -
除非環境太糟 不然可以穩定一直做

看工種吧… 有些行業不換工作工資不上

除非必要才換 怕下一份工作沒有比較好

跟版主一樣舒適圈 -
1.5~2年之間吧之後就找一間養老公司XD

待到不想待的時候就會換了

做到薪水比同行還低就可以跳了

看有沒有升職空間 跟加薪的制度 沒有的話2年左右

如果一直原地踏步的話就換
