一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

平均10個小時每天

不過大部分都是用電腦
手機沒辦法用太久
眼睛受不了 -
可能有三四個小時 加上一些空閒瑣碎中使用

大概不到兩小時吧…

5小時起跳吧

除了 上班 跟 睡覺 之外 其餘時間都會用 …假日就用整天了

老實說只要醒著或工作中 就幾乎都會習慣看手機了

3-4小時左右吧下班就開始滑手機了

現代人的生活都離不開3C，基本上清醒著的時候都用著

假日5 6小時 -
基本手機不離身😂
蘋果有個每個禮拜平均用量 我差不多都是一天8小時 -
除了睡覺基本都在用

基本一定都超過8小時

大該都超過10小時!

沒有在忙或睡覺 就是在用3C

超過8小時，要是獨處的話肯定更久，感覺不妙

差不多6-8小時左右 最近太閒了

除了上班，應該6-7吧
