各位一份工作做多久才會打算換下一份工作~

除非環境太糟 不然可以穩定一直做

看工種吧… 有些行業不換工作工資不上

除非必要才換 怕下一份工作沒有比較好

2年差不多吧，我是想換但還不知道要換什麼
跟版主一樣舒適圈 -
1.5~2年之間吧之後就找一間養老公司XD

待到不想待的時候就會換了

做到薪水比同行還低就可以跳了

看有沒有升職空間 跟加薪的制度 沒有的話2年左右

如果一直原地踏步的話就換

最近剛換 也覺得很迷茫

覺得沒未來沒希望或找到更好的才換

等這份工作學不到新的東西就換了，不然會很膩

看錢 但有時候會很膩 所以還是要看感覺

看這份工作未來有沒有展望吧

一年再換比較好~~

3年是個好時機 好工作也要看運氣

2年 但是真的不喜歡就隨時走
