深夜地牛翻身！23:30宜蘭外海發生芮氏規模5.1地震，震央位於宜蘭縣政府東南東方30.4公里，深度63.9公里，花蓮、嘉義以北皆有感。最大震度3級地區包括南澳、桃園市、花蓮縣等；宜蘭市及新北市則為2級、台北市1級。
