關於特休--民營企業

大間公司基比都照勞基法

每年都有固定的特休天數，但都會強迫一年內一定要休完，不能換錢

我也是很好奇 甚麼是特休 每間公司應該都不一樣吧

只要是"正職"員工就要照勞基法給
但很多公司都用約聘在躲法規 還可以免發獎金
尤其是南部 醫院的護理人員也很常遇到
