第一次照大腸鏡胃鏡是幾歲

最近剛滿30去做了一次無痛大腸鏡＆胃鏡
但跟身邊的人提到，大多數人都蠻驚訝的
都覺得不必那麼早做，或是從來沒想過要做
我倒是覺得活了30年做一次應該是還好
畢竟從小也吃了一堆垃圾食物長大

我也打算30歲去做一次檢查，畢竟癌症年齡越來越低了

最近三十歲感覺身體機能下降 想去照看看

我活到現在幾十年都還沒做過
如果要做我就用無痛的
以免做不下去進退兩難 -
30歲全身檢查的時候做過一次 雖說是為了身體 不過不會再想做第二次
