關於同事的問題?

如果你是上司的話 可以試著讓他試試看
然後跟他說你的想法 好好溝通這樣 -
我覺得就是一直溝通 唯一的辦法

我一開始都會溝通教導共通方式 還是有堅持自己方法的人啦,我就會讓他自己去試做錯了出包再來罵他

看到別人在廢
痛苦的是自己
不如不要看 -
通常我都選擇放棄同事 只顧好自己

盡量不要邊做邊指點 有做錯的地方再去糾正

溝通一下真的很重要，有的時候站在對方角度看問題，也許會有不同的想法哦。

換位思考 就算你是對的也不用得理不饒人

如果同事的做法只是會花比較多時間，不會犯錯，就隨他去吧，本來每個人就會有差異，有些人會高升，有些人一輩子做經辦，不是沒道理

同事的問題一律離職

首先會嘗試溝通，但如果語言不通，就放任不管，這樣心裏會舒服一些
