公司流行加班文化 你們會如何應對?

看有沒有加班費 沒有的話就準時下班
再大不了就換工作 -
有加班費就加摟~不要引響自己的生活太多就好

離開不要做最大

我只能期待有同事當勇者

他們不走是他們的事 反正我每天都提早上班 準時下班

有給錢就加班阿
沒給錢時間到準時走人
但是我偶爾也會拖一下時間把工作弄完，或是看看網頁再走 -
現實就是不要跟錢過不去 一定要加班就想辦法裝忙晚點下班
不然就要冒險帶頭改革 可大多都不會有好果子吃 -
老板最喜欢加我们时间工作…但钱又不多点
我就给他答案
一：时间变回之前这样
二：我不干了 -
我覺得這也是沒辦法的事情

能忍則從，若非如此則離開

也會盡量配合啦 除非真的受不了了

公司文化 不能忍受就換呀

適應啊 接受不了離開

沒辦法，不可能改變了整間公司，換另一個地方比較好

要work life balance 乾脆離開吧

看要加多久 如果是常態性的應該會離職

如果公司肯給加班費的話可以考慮一下加班
