一份工作任職的時間

我覺得3年差不多耶
若是覺得沒有可以學習或是升遷的情況下
就會開始找下一間公司了 -
至少滿1年吧 領到年終在走

大約2年吧! 學得差不多就跳槽了

再過不久, 我就要在現在的公司了

第一份2年 就體會他的爛了

應該也是要看性質吧

大概1年多差不多

一年時間看看公司上升了我的薪水有沒有升

1~2年 看這份工作的福利及長久下來上班內容 和未來的發展性

快10年了吧 沒有換過 我就來混吃等死的

真的不行就會換了

我聽別人說第一份工作好像不能太快換 而且換工作的面試主管感覺一定會問你為什麼要離開上一家公司 感覺要好好想

做了五六年了 還在繼續做

看有沒有離開的機會
-
兩年 公司沒前景 有機會就快跳
-
如果公司前景好而且可以升上去的話的話就繼續待
-
我也覺得心態比較重要
-
幾年換一次吧 要些新鮮感

應該3-5年是一個坎吧
要馬就轉換要馬就不會再換了 -
都不一定把 看你怎麼選
