中國與香港恢復通關後香港反地產起飛

香港財政司司長陳茂波表示，對今年香港的經濟前景持樂觀態度，預計香港與內地恢復通關後，香港房地產市場將會反彈。 陳茂波週日發文表示，隨著中國內地開放邊境，香港的出口、旅遊和本地服務業等都將反彈，第一季香港消費可能較去年同期大幅反彈。
陳茂波指出，香港房地產市場受到全球利率上升和經濟疲軟的影響，去年前11個月，香港住宅市場成交量暴跌38%。雖然預計聯準會的升息週期尚未結束而香港的抵押貸款利率將繼續攀升，但陳茂波表示，與內地通關將有助提振房地產市場氣氛。
